Co-Ed Athletics

The sport nickname “Monarch” was chosen by the student body in our first year (1987-88). “Monarch” was chosen, first of all, to represent our respect and admiration for Mary our spiritual mother and queen.

Secondly, “Monarch” represents the highest standards of excellence and leadership to which we expect our athletes and teams to aspire.

Finally, “Monarch” was chosen to represent our striving for the highest moral qualities and frame associated with notability.

Leo the Lion has been choosen as our school Mascot.
